Shipping policy

Our orders are processed within 48 hours of you placing the order and are shipped by USPS.  Transit time is generally 3-5 days.  Please be aware there may be delays during holiday seasons, which is out of our control.

We ship our candles out Monday thru Thursday to prevent them from sitting too long in a warehouse or on a truck.  During summer months (June thru September), we will be shipping our orders out Monday thru Wednesday due to the low melt point of the wax.

A Great Day Candle Co., LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.  Please contact USPS at usps.com about your dilemma.  After starting your claim with usps.com, please email us at agreatdaycandle@gmail.com with your order information and claim number so we can send you a discount code for 20% off your next purchase!  

Please check your shipping address for correctness.  There will be additional cost to re-mail your package to you once it has been sent back to us due to an incorrect address.
