Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns/refunds will only be issued due to manufacturing issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at agreatdaycandle@gmail.com and please include pictures of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please be advised that the shipping costs of returned items are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund!
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon reception and if damaged, please contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com to recover damages. After starting your claim with usps.com, please email us at agreatdaycandle@gmail.com with your order information and claim number so we can send you a discount code for 20% off your next purchase! If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at agreatdaycandle@gmail.com, so that we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Previously burned candles and used wax melts are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
No Exchanges
Please be sure to read the fragrance scent description for each candle and/or wax melt. Each person's scent palate is different and varies day to day. If your candle does not meet your expectations, please gift it to a family member, friend, or co-worker!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
